Over the holidays, we shipped over 250 UI improvements, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. If you go through the tool, it should all feel faster and simpler, and you might find a lot of instances where we reduced shadows, text, font sizes, or font weight to help you focus on the right things.

AI Titles

Our first larger feature this year reduces the effort of scanning through your inbox and makes issue creation much faster: AI titles. They work for all incoming feedback except emails. If you turn feedback into an issue or project, it will pre-fill the title, making the workflow of receiving feedback to creating the issue in Linear much faster.

Widget attachments

Your customers can now upload attachments to the widget, helping you debug faster and get more context from requests. We have also streamlined the animations and added some more polish to the widget.

Over 250 improvements and fixes

There are too many to list them all here. Some of them are:

• A lot of improvements on the Email and Slack formatting

• Reduced initial load time of the portal

• Prevented password managers pre-filling certain inputs

• On the roadmap, the new issue and project buttons are now at the top

• Added a button text color to the portal theme

• We removed the score calculation from the roadmap as few users can have too much power over the prioritization

• Changed the borders of all buttons to rings. Looks much better!
