Launching our shared inbox was only the start of enabling you to fully support your customers and close the feedback loop directly in Productlane. To make conversations in Productlane feel lighter and more productive, we have just released new helpful features: snooze conversations, undo message sending, and add an email signature.

Snooze: Keeping your inbox clean

With a lot of feedback and messages landing in your inbox, it can easily get overwhelming and hard to stay on track with the status of conversations as you strive for inbox zero.

Snoozing helps you decrease the mental load of a full inbox whilst still having important messages at hand all the time. Snoozing is perfect for conversations that:

• are waiting for a reply

• need some internal feedback

Signatures: Ensuring professionalism & consistency

Improving the Productlane email experience by letting you add an individual signature for your conversations. This ensures all emails from Productlane contain consistent contact information and demonstrate professionalism like being sent from your standard email account.

Adding a signature:

Open your Productlane Settings, go to "Your Account" -> "Email" and add your favored signature.

Undo: Unsending a message

Did you forget to mention something, or do you want to correct a typo after you have just pressed send in Productlane? No worries. Easily undo the sending of your message within 10 seconds after sending.

Add feedback from anywhere with the 'Send to Productlane' option for every selected text in the browser.

Takes just one click: Highlight text, send it to Productlane, and turn feedback into action.
