We're really excited to release Docs today. They are beautiful out of the box, easy to maintain and AI native. It's our take on how a modern help center should look like. It comes with an integrated AI Chat, as it's clear that people are getting more and more used to asking 

docs that are beautiful but also maintainable without deploying code in Git. And they come with AI Chat as it’s obvious that most people want to ask your docs questions in the future.

Help center, knowledge base, service center. There are many names for content that guides your customers. We want to keep it simple and just call it Docs. And we also keep it simple on all other aspects of the docs, we designed them to be easily maintainable without Git knowledge.

We added Slash commands that include many new components. A redesigned text selector, optimized typography and new components like Dividers, Code Blocks, Tables, and beautifully formatted numbered lists. They also work for your Changelog.

You can now track your traffic on your entire portal, including your roadmap, changelog and docs with Google Analytics. Just head to the 

We now display issues on the portal inside its project and calculate the requests of the issues into its project.

You can now turn on in the settings that issue descriptions are visible per default on the portal. If it’s turned off, you can still use the Productlane-only descriptions.

You can now change the issue status and project icon directly from the user conversation. You can also change the title, description and status easily when opening the issue or project.

As soon as you add a customer request in Linear, it will now create a processed thread in Productlane so you don't forget to close the loop with that customer.

We polished our website and wanted it to be more kind to your eyes, so we added dark mode. It was a lot of effort as it meant rebuilding all tool screenshots in code but it was also fun and helped us polish the UI in the tool.
