Navigate to <code class="bg-gray-200 dark:bg-gray-800 text-gray-600 dark:text-gray-300 font-mono text-sm px-1.5 py-0.5 rounded [&amp;::before]:content-none [&amp;::after]:content-none">Import/Export</code> in the settings to quickly import CSV files of existing customer feedback into Productlane. We recommend adding the email of the customer to each feedback, it will automatically generate the persons name and company when you upload it.
