The Billing page shows your current plan, your renewal and seat count, and the plan comparison where you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Billing runs through Stripe, so cards and invoices open in the Stripe customer portal.
Settings > Workspace > Billing.
Pro and Scale can start as a 7-day trial when you are eligible, meaning you have not cancelled recently. During a trial the plan card shows the days left. When it ends, a banner asks you to pick a plan to carry on, and some import features pause until you do.
A trial also includes 50 free Productlane Agent resolutions for the whole 7 days, not a monthly allowance. That allowance only refreshes once you subscribe to a paid plan. See AI Usage & Credits for how resolutions are counted.
Your subscription is billed per user. The plan card shows the seat count under Users, and the renewal total follows it, so adding or removing members changes what you pay.
Choose Yearly or Monthly with the interval toggle.
Find the plan you want: Starter, Pro, or Scale.
Click the action button on that plan.
Complete checkout in Stripe. You come back to the Billing page and the plan updates on its own.
On your current plan, click Cancel subscription.
Choose a reason and add your feedback.
Click Confirm cancellation.
Your plan stays active to the end of the billing period, and Resume subscription brings it back any time before then.
Payment methods on the plan card handles the card, and Invoices in the page header opens your invoice history. Both open the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
Enterprise pricing is custom, through the Contact Sales dialog or [email protected]. Startup program workspaces run on a 12-month contract with the same entitlements as Scale, and the plan card points you to us for a tier change.
Productlane contributes 1% of your subscription to removing CO2 from the atmosphere through Stripe Climate.
Legacy plans move to a current plan before anything else, and the plan card flags this with a Manage plan button.
Deleting a workspace with a paid subscription cancels that subscription too.
