AI Agent handoffs are on by default for both Slack and email, for every user.
Slack and email are independent channels. For overlapping events (comment mentions, assignment changes, unassigned thread reAI Agent handoffs, plies, AI Agent handoffs), you can enable one channel, both, or neither.
AI Agent handoffs are also visible on the thread itself: opening a handed-off conversation shows an "AI Agent handed this conversation to the team" entry in its timeline, so you don't have to rely on notifications alone.
These settings are personal. Workspace-wide Slack routing and shared channel notifications are configured elsewhere in Settings.
