The Members page shows who has access to your workspace. Admins invite people, change roles, remove them, and set the email domains that let teammates join on their own.
Settings > Members.
Everyone can open the page. Admins get the management controls, and Members and Viewers see the lists.
Admin has full control of the workspace, billing and settings included.
Member can work on threads and reply to customers. New invites get this role by default.
Viewer has read-only access to workspace content, and is the only role that does not use a billed seat. Viewers still control their own notification preferences, since those affect only them.
Admin and Member seats each count toward what you are billed. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
Hover over a teammate's avatar anywhere it appears, such as the assignee on a thread, to see their role, email, and whether they are online now or when they last signed in. The card also shows their local time and the date they joined. Click View member details on the card to open their full page at /members/:id, which lists every thread assigned to them.
Click Invite member.
Enter the email and full name, and pick a role.
Click Send invite. They get an email with a join link.
Pending invites can be withdrawn any time with Cancel invite.
Open the "..." menu on their row, then Change role or Remove member. You cannot manage your own membership from that menu.
In Allowed Domains, click Add domain.
Enter your company domain and a verification email at that domain.
Open the verification email and copy the code.
On the pending domain, choose Verify domain, paste the code, and submit.
Once it shows Verified, anyone with an email on that domain can join. Public email providers cannot be used, and the verification email has to be on the domain you are adding.
On the Startup program, Admin and Member seats are capped. At the cap, inviting or promoting to those roles is blocked and suggests a Viewer invite or a tier change. Viewer invites always go through.
