Add the Productlane bot to a team and messages in its channels become threads in your inbox, with replies syncing both ways.
Teams needs the Scale plan or above, and a Member or Admin role to connect.
Settings > Integrations > Teams.
Click Download Teams App (.zip) to get the app package.
In Microsoft Teams, go to Apps > Manage your apps > Upload an app > Upload a custom app, and pick the zip you downloaded.
Add the Productlane bot to each team you want synced: open the team, then Manage team > Apps, search for Productlane, and add it.
Back in Productlane, click Connect to link your Teams organization to this workspace.
Upload the app in Teams before you click Connect in Productlane.
Messages in channels where the bot is installed create threads in Productlane. Replies you send from Productlane appear in Teams, and replies in Teams come back to the thread. Threads can be linked to Linear issues like any other channel.
To reconnect, disconnect first and click Connect again to re-run authorization.
The Tenant ID shown after connecting identifies the Microsoft organization you linked.
To let the AI agent answer in Teams, turn on Microsoft Teams under Deploy in Settings > AI > Productlane Agent. With Create Linear issues from agent chats on, it can also log a bug report or feature request as a Linear issue. See Automatic issue creation.
