Attio

Attio integration

The Attio integration logs daily support activity to the matching person and company in Attio. Once a day, Productlane writes a note to Attio for each thread that had new messages, so your sales and success teams see the current support relationship without leaving Attio.

Where to find it

Settings > Integrations > Attio.

The integration requires the Pro plan or higher. Before you connect, the title shows a green "Pro" badge; after connecting it shows a green "Connected" badge.

Controls on this page

Connect

A button shown when Attio is not connected. Clicking it starts the OAuth flow by redirecting your browser to the Attio authorization page, where you grant Productlane access. On success you return to the page and an "Attio is now connected" toast appears.

  • The Connect button is visible to members and admins. Viewers do not see it.

  • On the Free plan, the Connect button is replaced by an Upgrade button pointing to the Pro, Scale, Business, or Enterprise plans.

Disconnect

A button shown when Attio is connected. Only workspace admins can use it. If a non-admin clicks it, an "Action not allowed" toast explains that only admins can disconnect integrations and offers a "View your role" link to the members page. For an admin, it opens a confirmation dialog titled "Disconnect Attio Integration?". Confirming disconnects the integration. Existing notes already written to Attio remain; new messages stop syncing.

How to set up Attio

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Attio.

  2. Click Connect and authorize Productlane in the Attio OAuth screen.

  3. On return, confirm the green Connected badge and the success toast.

  4. Make sure your threads have a linked contact or company so they can be matched. A person is matched by email, and a company is matched by domain.

  5. Each day, Productlane adds a note with that day's messages and a link back to the full thread on the matching Attio record.

Notes

  • Direction of sync: Productlane writes into Attio. Support activity flows one way, from Productlane threads to notes on Attio people and companies.

  • Matching relies on the linked contact or company: person by email, company by domain. Threads without a match are not written.

  • Notes are written once per day, batching that day's new messages, not in real time per message.

  • Disconnecting leaves existing Attio notes in place and only stops future syncing.

  • Plan gating: Pro plan or higher.

  • Role gating: connecting is available to members and admins, not viewers. Disconnecting is admin-only.
