Productlane is a customer support tool built for modern companies. Deeply integrated with Linear, it turns customer conversations into actionable work. AI runs through the whole product: the Productlane Agent resolves tickets on its own, AI Copilot drafts and suggests replies for your team, and your help center keeps itself updated as your docs change. Powered by a sync engine that keeps all interaction below 50ms, Productlane is fast by default. Designed with intention, we limit complexity to stay simple, focused, and enjoyable to use.
There are three core features of Productlane:
The inbox for Email, Live Chat, and Slack connect channels
The widget for the AI agent, Live Chat, and Changelog notifications
The portal for your Help Center, Changelog, and Linear feedback portal
Productlane's AI works across the inbox and the help center, resolving tickets, drafting replies, and keeping content current:
Productlane Agent resolves customer conversations before they reach your team
AI Copilot assists agents with suggested replies while they work on a ticket
Auto AI-Drafts generates a first-pass reply on incoming conversations
Close-the-loop drafts drafts replies to customers once a linked Linear issue ships
AI Help Center lets customers chat with an AI that answers from your docs
Self-updating help center keeps articles accurate as your product changes

The Productlane Agent has no connection to GitHub. The agent your customers talk to cannot read a file, search your repository, or open a pull request. It answers from help center articles, and from nothing else.
Your code is read once, by the separate job that writes those articles:
Productlane reads. It never writes. Every call we make to your repository is a read.
One repository, the one you pick. Nothing else in your organization is reachable.
Customer-facing screens only. Admin panels, internal dashboards, and staff tooling stay out of the map.
Secrets stay out. A screen that holds credentials, keys, or another customer's data is skipped, never summarized.
What reaches the agent is the finished article: a plain description of a screen and its controls, in the same words you would use to explain it to a customer. Your source code stays in your repository.
The articles are agent-only. They sit outside your public docs site, so your customers read the answer without ever seeing the page it came from.
