Set it up
Create new API key
Create a new API key in the Productlane settings.
Add API key in Zapier
Go to Zapier and use that API key to authenticate Zapier with Productlane in your Zapier account.
Add customer channels
Build Zaps that send customer questions and requests from your other tools to Productlane.
