The HubSpot integration embeds Productlane inside your HubSpot workspace. A Productlane widget appears on every contact and company record, giving sales and support teams access to support history and the ability to create new threads without leaving HubSpot. It can also turn HubSpot contact and company properties into Productlane segments.
Settings > Integrations > Hubspot.
The integration requires the Pro plan or higher. Before you connect, the title shows a green "Pro" badge; after connecting it shows a green "Connected" badge.
A button shown when HubSpot is not connected. Clicking it starts the OAuth flow by redirecting your browser to the HubSpot authorization page, where you grant Productlane access. On success you return to the page and a "Hubspot is now connected" toast appears.
The Connect button is visible to members and admins. Viewers do not see it.
On the Free plan, the Connect button is replaced by an Upgrade button pointing to the Pro, Scale, Business, or Enterprise plans.
A button shown when HubSpot is connected. Only workspace admins can use it. If a non-admin clicks it, an "Action not allowed" toast explains that only admins can disconnect integrations and offers a "View your role" link to the members page. For an admin, it opens a confirmation dialog titled "Disconnect Hubspot Integration?". Confirming removes the integration and deletes the segments that were imported from HubSpot. Your other data remains saved.
Shown only when HubSpot is connected. The left column lists the company property names currently synced as segments, or "No company properties selected" when none are chosen. The selector next to it lets you pick HubSpot company properties to sync. Selecting a property adds it; selecting an already-selected property removes it. Each change saves immediately and shows a "Hubspot properties updated" toast.
The same control as above, for HubSpot contact properties. The left column lists the selected contact property names, or "No contact properties selected" when none are chosen. Selecting a property adds it, selecting a selected one removes it, and each change saves automatically.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Hubspot.
Click Connect and authorize Productlane in the HubSpot OAuth screen.
On return, confirm the green Connected badge and the success toast.
The Productlane widget appears automatically on HubSpot contact and company records.
Under "Create segments from properties", use the company selector to choose which company properties become segments, and the contact selector for contact properties.
Start managing support requests from the widget inside HubSpot: view support history and create threads directly from a record.
Direction of sync: HubSpot properties flow into Productlane as segments. Support requests created in the HubSpot widget become Productlane threads, and delivery status is visible back in HubSpot.
Disconnecting deletes the segments that were imported from HubSpot, so re-selecting properties is needed after reconnecting.
Plan gating: Pro plan or higher.
Role gating: connecting is available to members and admins, not viewers. Disconnecting is admin-only.
The property selectors save on each toggle; there is no separate save button.
