“Productlane keeps us shipping what our customers want.”
Founded in 2023, All Quiet is dedicated to streamlining incident management for tech startups and scaleups worldwide, empowering them to significantly reduce downtime and achieve substantial cost savings. From the start, our roadmap was straightforward - on-call scheduling and alerting are essential elements for successful incident management.
“When we decided to try Productlane originally, the ease of receiving valuable customer feedback resonated with me personally as a product manager. Productlane is a must-have tool for all B2B SaaS products.”

Challenge
Wanting to support teams throughout the entire incident cycle leads to a long list of features to be built and customer needs to be met. With All Quiet being bootstrapped, and with limited resources, we’ve decided to tackle only a few areas at a time. Guided by our principle, "Customer is king," we needed to prioritize our product development based on our customers' and leads' most pressing needs.
Since time is scarce for both our customers and us, we needed a tool to help us effortlessly gather as much valuable feedback as possible - making each interaction count.
Solution
That's when we decided to integrate Productlane into our workflow. The process was straightforward, allowing us to seamlessly embed it into our website.
With Productlane, our roadmap is now publicly accessible, fostering transparency and collaboration with our customers. They can easily upvote items, leave comments, and share their suggestions. This engagement not only helps us prioritize features that matter most but also ensures that our product development aligns closely with the needs and desires of our users.
By giving our customers a voice in our development process, we’re enabled to not just building a tool but to build it together with our users, making sure it enhances our solution for incident management. Productlane’s public roadmap is definitely supporting to the future of All Quiet!
Impact
The features combine qualitative and quantitative feedback, allowing customers to react to each other’s input. I appreciate this aspect, as it reveals genuine reactions to user needs that are less biased than feedback on our suggestions.
For instance, when one customer requested a Terraform provider to use All Quiet as Infrastructure as Code, other users quickly upvoted the idea. This insight prompted us to prioritize its development.
We wouldn’t want to be without Productlane anymore, as it enables us to respond swiftly to customer feedback and keeping everyone updated via the changelog. Our customers love it, and we consistently receive five-star ratings for the tool we’ve built.
