We started in 2021 as the first feedback tool built on Linear and evolved it into the first system that lets you handle your entire customer support and feedback in one place.

After bootstrapping to hundreds of users, we raised $825k from world-class founders and investors to speed things up and help us build a really enjoyable, beautiful, and fast support tool.
Our story

Hey, I'm Raphael. I founded Productlane after 7 years as a product designer in high-growth software companies.
There was always the same problem:
User feedback was invisible in the company. It was hidden in the support tool or on a feedback portal.
And when I did user interviews to collected insights, there was no simple way to share those with engineers, or influence the roadmap.
Feedback was buried in too many different tools, and we built the wrong features as a result.
When I had the same problem in the 3rd company, I decided to quit my job and start Productlane.
I had the hypothesis that feedback only becomes visible when it's linked to the issue tracker, so I started building a feedback tool around Linear, when they just launched out of beta.
The MVP was ready within 3 months and I was really nervous to launch it to the public…
The launch was successful. There was a need for a tool that makes feedback and support visible across the company.
