Hey, I'm Raphael. I founded Productlane after 5 years as a designer in high-growth SaaS startups.
There was always the same problem:
User feedback didn't reach the product team.
User feedback, especially from support, was invisible. When I did user interviews and collected insights, there was no good way to share those with my team, or influence the roadmap.
Feedback was buried in Notion, Google docs and the support tool.
When I had the same problem in the 3rd startup, I decided to quit my job and start Productlane.
I built only for Linear, as its architecture is unique and you need a tool that would work with this.
The MVP was ready within 3 months and I was super nervous to launch it to the public.
