From a feedback layer to a modern support system
Hey, I'm Raphael. I founded Productlane in 2022 after seven years as a designer in high-growth software companies.
There was always the same problem: User feedback was buried in support tickets, docs, or a feedback tool no one used. Engineers didn’t see it. Product decisions missed it.
So I left my job and started Productlane with a simple idea: Link user feedback to Linear, so it's all tied to actual tasks. We launched Productlane on 15/02/2022, and got great feedback:
We've grown to a lot of users very quickly and today, we're the number one tool to manage a feedback portal, public roadmap, and Changelog around Linear.
In 2024, we realized that most of your feedback comes through customer support, and if you own the entire system, you can create an exceptional experience for the end user.
Since then, we're building the future of customer support for modern companies and are moving more companies everyday from legacy tools like Zendesk or Intercom to Productlane.
