Hey, I'm Raphael. I founded Productlane in 2022 after 7 years as a product designer in high-growth software companies.
There was always the same problem:
Support teams collected valuable feedback—but it stayed invisible.
It was buried in tickets, docs, or some feedback tool no one checked. Engineers didn’t see it. Product decisions missed it. So I left my job and started Productlane with a simple idea:
Make support the bridge between customers and product.
We built the first feedback tool deeply integrated with Linear, so teams could connect insights to actual work. No extra tools, no manual tagging – just one clear flow from support to the roadmap.
We launched Productlane on 15/02/2022, and got great feedback:
