Overview
Linear offers a native Jira integration, that you can use to connect Jira with Productlane.
How it works
This integration 2-way-syncs Jira issues with Linear issues, making them also visible within Productlane. First, you'll connect specific Jira projects to Linear teams. New issues created in either service will create a synced copy in the other, with properties that sync bidirectionally. For further details on the integration, please see Linears documentation.
Configure
You need to create a Linear account and connect it with Productlane here. After that, activate the Jira integration in the Linear settings .
A Linear admin can go to settings to enable this integration, then link Jira projects to their corresponding teams in Linear. Configuration also requires ADMINISTER permission in Jira so that Linear can install the required webhooks. This integration is designed to work with newly created issues. For existing tickets, import those to Linear in a few minutes using Linears Issue Migration Assistant.
After you connected Productlane with Linear, you will now be able to access all your Jira issues in Productlane.
