<h1>How it works</h1>Sending and receiving emails in Productlane enables you to reply to incoming support queries, feature requests and bug reports and move your customer conversations to Productlane. If you reply a customer, it will be from your real support email adress with the name of the user that is logged into Productlane and replying.
